The essentials to know before your visit.

Before your appointment

Prepare the treatment area

  • Shave the selected area in advance as instructed by the studio. Do not remove hair from the root with wax, tweezers, or an epilator.
  • Avoid sun exposure for at least three days before and after treatment, following the PrimeLase user guidance.
  • Arrive with clean, completely dry skin without makeup, deodorant, cream, oil, or other cosmetic products on the area.
  • Share any change in health, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding, tanning, irritation, or reaction after a previous visit before treatment begins.
Contact the studio first

When treatment may need to wait

  • The skin is irritated, red, damaged, sunburned, or not fully recovered.
  • You had sun exposure during the previous three days.
  • There were blisters, crusting, burns, pigment changes, or another unusual reaction after the last visit.
  • There is uncertainty about health, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication, or another relevant change.
